90 over the course of two years, a duration that is supposed to correspond to a supervisory internship with a group of supervisees is also needed. The professional training provider will take care of satisfying the trainees’ need for networking, especially from a professional point of view. Through the care and attention given to this need, the organizational ethos is created; the feeling of belonging to a professional association is cultivated. Within each professional training provider there is the Professional Commission for training programs, monitoring and periodic evaluation of training programs. This commission, based on periodic reports, has the role of evaluating, analyzing and proposing solutions to improve the training and supervision activity. The implementation of the committee’s proposals under discussion contributes to the pluses in terms of increasing the ethos of the provider’s members (members from associations, institutes and universities) and creating a positive image on the market of psychotherapy training programs. The periodic application of anonymous questionnaires regarding the trainees’ satisfaction in the training programs may help to create internal policies to increase the quality of the training activity and the supervision of the professional training provider. The professional training provider has the possibility to select the trainees in the training programs but without discrimination related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, etc. The therapeutic practical experience and the experience of trainers, supervisors has “taught” us that even if a considerable number of trainees enrol in training programs, not all of them complete the programs. The reasons for abandoning or renouncing training programs for a period of time relate to: trainees, trainers/supervisors, the professional training provider. Our suggestion is that the training provider should be constantly concerned with the trainees’ needs and with the professional training of the trainers and supervisors. We do not consider it ethical and professional to maintain the trainees enrolled by all means (they have the right to withdraw at any time, just as the provider has the right to conclude the contract with the trainee in well-specified situations). The interest is for the professional training provider to develop through internal policies and to increase the quality of the services offered. REFERENCES [1] Vîșcu L.-I., Cădariu I.-E., Ciucur D.
