89 second year of supervision), participation is optional, the institute’s requirement is to accumulate a minimum of 30 hours of professional peer supervision during the two years). In summary, a professional training provider will be concerned both with running training programs in compliance with the requirements needed to obtain accreditation at a national level, and with running some programs inside to meet the trainees’ relational needs. Even after the completion of the training programs, trainees still remain members of the respective association and it is the interest of the training provider to maintain them as members, through them the image of the provider is created and carried forward in the society. The results of the study show a negative correlation between the need to relate and the learning style called active experimentation (the use of theories to make decisions), in other words, the more the need to relate is satisfied, and the less emphasis is placed on the learning style called active experimentation. From an organizational point of view, we believe that the professional training provider is concerned with achieving a balance between the two variables Active experimentation as a way of learning has the possibility of being shared during professional meetings, an objective of the group coordinator being to encourage the colleague or colleagues with such a learning style to disseminate the information. CONCLUSIONS AND PROPOSALS The trainees’ transfer from one professional training provider to another is a matter of the provider’s policy, the trainee’s freedom of choice, needs and desires. However, the departure of a considerable number of trainees, the abandonment of courses, constitutes serious reasons for analysis for the professional training provider. Each professional training provider has the opportunity to carry out an “audit” referring to the reasons why trainees leave or abandon the courses permanently. Another suggestion is for professional training providers in the field of psychotherapy to have the courage to meet and discuss the results of these audits. This way, each supplier would later have image benefits and provide better training and professional supervision services. Organizational best practice guidelines for dropout prevention can be drawn up, and on the training market, psychotherapy training providers have the chance to offer even better services. The departure of some trainees to another training provider is also an opportunity for dialogue between the two providers, respecting the trainee’s decision. The supervisees who left the training associations possessed a learning style based on reflective observation, and the dimensions required of the supervisor’s behaviour were flexibility, structure and creativity in the interaction with them. The proposal for conducting a study to observe how the performance anxiety and demand for the supervisor’s creativity dimension would vary in the supervisees in the first year and in the second year of supervision. Carrying out a study also with novice supervisor subjects to observe how performance anxiety and creativity vary
