83 who is my inner saboteur and how this manifests, I have also managed to discover my inner child. Through the training modules and though supervision sessions. I came to discover that what I think, how I feel and how I behave or show myself to the world is in large part the results that are actually processed. Being poorly contoured, I realized that I was introducing myself from gestures, ideas, feelings and even emotions, sometimes to true symbiosis. My biggest need was to find out who I was. Who am I in relation to others? Who am I really when the curtain is down? Integrative psychotherapy has helped me identify the needs I did not fully know or ignore, identifying internal resources and activating them, all aimed at optimizing the life scenario. I have identified my attachment style and how it has affected my interpersonal relationships, a crucial fact in changing the life scenario. The integrative approach is a complex one, providing the psychotherapist with a variety of diagnosis and intervention tools that cover a wide range of existential issues. Once identified, the life scenario could be modified using Gestalt therapy- specific techniques, psychodrama, transactional analysis and cognitive-behavioral techniques. As a result of the positive and feeing experience, I received a new breath, an open attitude, I regained my confidence in myself and others, and felt that I could open, that I was eager to meet the souls I came into contact with. My personal experience will be useful to me in mirroring the client who comes to therapy, helping him to accept what was denied, to acquire union with the self by overcoming anxiety and fear of rejection. Authenticity can be used as a bridge towards clients. Thus, I can provide them a complete therapy model that allows them to re-evaluate their own person and identify personal resources in rewriting the life scenario. Now, while writing this manuscript, I actually became aware of the following thing metaphor: integrative psychotherapy is like an ocean in which a lot of rivers flow, which are the other types of psychotherapy. One can navigate on any channel or can take a little of part of one’s person to help the client heal or heal oneself, one can go back to the ocean and take another channel if something goes wrong. Integrative psychotherapy contains all these currents, their essence, and all converges and combines to a new client-oriented vision, to support, to heal, and to contain his/her emotions. Everyone is circulating in the world unconsciously, with a life scenario, and looking for those with whom one can interact exactly, the characters that match the script written by us in early childhood. Although some actors can change, we get to play the same piece indefinitely. We are all programmed since childhood. We are all prisoners of our own mind and cannot escape by using our mind (the jailer). An external element is needed to take us out of our own routines, from our own patterns of thought and action, from our own philosophy of life. As long as I was not aware of the decisions taken then, I encountered the same emotional issues and the behavior required by the fulfilment of the life
