Supervision allows for the timely detection of signs of emotional burnout and psychological stress, which makes it possible to reflectively choose actions to preserve inner integrity and resilience. In addition, supervisory support stimulates professional and personal development, helping psychologists to gain a deeper understanding of their own values, the meaning of their professional activity, and their role in supporting others. It creates space for self- reflection and improvement of skills and knowledge, which, in light of the logotherapeutic approach, allows psychologists to find meaning in their professional activities even in difficult and extreme conditions.
