From a critical realistic point of view, we should not assume one professional relationship, but at least two - if we consider that at least two people are actively involved in the supervision setting. One supervision situation and relationship of the supervisee with his/her supervisor in the experiential world of the supervisee on the one hand, one supervision situation and relationship of the supervisor with his/her supervisee in the experiential world of the supervisor on the other hand [ 14 ] . In group supervision, correspondingly more worlds of experience must be included.
