CONCLUSION According to everything underlined in this paper, the supervisory relationship has an important role in the dynamics of the therapist’s “growth” as supervisor, beyond technical, theoretical learning, both in terms of modelling and implicit learning and the value given by intersubjectivity and its dynamics.
