24 - Level 4 – context-centred - the supervisee is now able to obtain insights, to notice parallel processes and enactments in the dialogue with the supervisor. The supervisee also decides whether s/he would like to continue his / her training as a supervisor and in some cases manages to conduct supervision sessions with other fellow supervised therapists. This level corresponds to youth and adulthood in the stages of human development, and as a stage in the development of the supervision group would correspond to the terminal stage of the group. From the perspective of developing the supervision relationship, this level corresponds to the terminal phase of the supervision relationship. The supervisor changes the work style, easily adapts the supervision style to the supervisee’s learning style and thinks about whether s/he wants to advance to the training level for supervisors. 5. CONCLUSIONS AND PROPOSALS The approach presented is a developmental approach of the supervision group, the supervision relationship, the supervisee and the supervisor. Group supervision is a process that extends over a long period of time, at least two years in Romania, as part of the training program in psychotherapy. With each commitment to coordinate a supervision group built of therapists, the supervisor is challenged to reflect, to become perfectible, just like the members of the supervision group. We consider that we do not only refer to a supervision granted to each member of the group, but also to a supervision granted to the group as a whole, depending on the complex characteristics of the group. Group format supervision is a developmental process for each component or actor in the group. The development of the group members from a personal and professional perspective is based on a training standard such as a methodological guide, assessment, learning for the supervisor and supervisee. In summary, these characteristics are presented in Table 1. Whether we are talking about therapy or supervision, the contract is a fundamental piece. The supervision contract may be a standard one or designed by each supervisor, respecting the regulations of a clinical supervision in accordance with the rules, codes of ethics and deontology of the country where the supervision is carried out.
