21 The supervisor, more or less, directly prepares the group for the terminal stage with the support of evaluations and assessments. c. The terminal stage of the supervision group lasts a few months, but it is still difficult to consider that it would correspond to the terminal stage of human life... In fact, the preparation of the supervision group for this moment starts from the first meeting when the “life” of the supervision group is specified, the supervisor’s expectations, the supervisee’s, the normative requirements for the supervisee to acquire the quality of independent psychotherapist, but also the conditions for the exclusion from the supervision group. The supervisee is focused on fulfilling the requirements to become an independent supervisee: on writing essays, a dissertation paper, making or retouching therapeutic statuses, preparing for the written and oral exams, that is, to meet the criteria required by the association / institute / university that conducted the program of professional supervision, a program accredited by the forum that coordinates the training / personal development / supervision training in a form of psychotherapy in the respective country.
