12 standard contract including three parties: the supervisor, the supervisee and the institute / association to which the supervisor is associated was developed [14]. The articles of the aforementioned contract refer to: the duration of the supervision process, the payment for the supervision services, the supervisor’s professional code, the supervisee, both their addresses, the date of registration of the contract with the Romanian Psychologists College, conditions for the termination of the contract [14]. From the perspective of an assumed supervisor, a supervision contract was presented by Jane Doe [6, pp. 532-535] that was also adapted to the Romanian supervision process by the author Loredana-Ileana Vîșcu [15, pp 14-20]. A supervision contract, in addition to the one requested by the professional coordinating forum in each country agreed by the two protagonists (the supervisor and the supervisee) refers to the general chapters of any contract, and is applied to supervision in psychotherapy with the specification of: - the objectives of supervision; - the duration of the contract; - the type of individual / group supervision services. Here one can specify: where the meetings take place; the number of hours needed for supervision; what is used as material in supervision-presentation of psychotherapeutic statuses for each therapy session subject to supervision, audio / video presentation of the therapy session subject to supervision; - the evaluation methods used by the supervisor (to facilitate the supervisee’s learning and avoid conflicts, the supervisee’s frustrations when the supervisor acts as a gatekeeper); - the supervisor’s and the supervisee’s rights and obligations; - the supervisor’s competencies, although it is assumed that the supervisee has been informed about these competencies, the limits of the specialist chosen as supervisor (if he has the possibility to choose the supervisor); - the method of payment; - the responsibilities of each party; - termination conditions of the supervision contract; - final provisions; - dates and the supervisor’s and the supervisee’s signatures. 4.
