48 Routine Evaluation (CORE-OM), a useful tool for measuring the client’s well- being and the psychological changes that may occur in people who are in psychotherapy. Taking the used methods and techniques into account, but also most importantly the psychotherapeutic relationship, this study concluded that the relational factors are the most important in terms of the changes to be made in or by the client. In other words, a good therapeutic relationship is considered to be of the greatest importance for the positive development of the process itself, a result which was also obtained by other similar studies [19]. Concerning the negative results of the study, in the case of the results without positive change indicators, the clients showed that they did not feel did not understand by their therapists nor did they feel the confidence and the safety as the groups with positive change indicators. The data seems to suggest that in the case of a weaker relationship with scattered communication patterns, it would be beneficial for the therapist to be more active and help clients develop a deeper understanding of their beliefs and fundamental values. It could therefore be beneficial for those clients who considered that the therapeutic relationship is not good enough, that the therapists would have clarified their speech more actively and would place more emphasis on their feelings to help them to deal with them on a deeper level[18]. Also, two out of three therapeutic groups indicated a psychological improvement for the client, thus suggesting an empirical evidence of the success of these existential psychotherapies. Studies with implications and similar results have been made before [20], [21], [22], hereby supporting the conclusions of the present study. 3. EXISTENTIALISM IN SUPERVISION For many psychotherapists, psychotherapy represents their way to fulfil their meaning of life. We all think that psychotherapy is our purpose, our way to healing the soul of others and also the road to self-knowledge. Leaving behind the rescuer’s complex as well as other aspects of existential manner of psychotherapy, we may consider psychotherapists to reflect on psychotherapy training as a meaning of life. This is why, any distortion to the performance, quality or successful accomplishment of this profession can be considered by the psychotherapist, an affront or even a crushing of their concept of the meaning of each person’s life. Therefore, in addition to the theoretical and practical difficulties discussed and elaborated within their professional supervision, psychotherapists can also strive for existential problems within it. Supervision in integrative psychotherapy from an existential perspective is unfortunately a topic studied by very few authors, and there are therefore not too many studies to address this topic. Unfortunately, there are not many examples or case studies that present difficulties faced by therapists in supervision of
