39 The elements of the integrative strategic model of clinical supervision are grouped as shown in the figure below containing the supervisory framework, learning factors from the evaluative perspective and reflection on the case: Figure 1. Elements of the integrative strategic model of supervision [7] The integrative strategic model of supervision has sources in constructivism and aims at three objectives: - Promoting lifelong learning for the therapist; - Promoting supervision as a self-discipline in the interaction with other psycho-socio-pedagogical disciplines; - Offering a general supervision framework from the methodological, occupational and strategic perspective for the supervisor and the supervisee. i. The integrative strategic model of supervision mentions the documents the supervisee needs to fill in, from the beginning of supervision: - The supervision contract; - The informed consent; - The supervisor’s letter; - The documents necessary to be filled in during supervision of the Client’s file; - The psychotherapy contract with the client; - The psychotherapeutic status (for the first psychotherapy session); - The psychotherapeutic statuses (for all psychotherapy sessions); - The relational psychodiagnosis sheet; - The synthetic supervision sheets.
