33 - The supervisory alliance is delimited from the first meeting between the supervisor and the supervisee. The supervisory alliance must be a collaborative one, reflecting a balance between the supervisee’s learning needs, the development of the knowledge of the two partners in the alliance and the development of their qualities; - The supervision relationship is the foundation on which supervision is built. The integrative strategic model of clinical supervision is operationalized in what is called: - The supervisee’s and the supervisor’s file; - The client’s file built by the supervisee during the period of supervision, in integrative strategic psychotherapy. At the beginning of the clinical supervision process, the supervisee draws up the documents necessary for the supervision to be carried out, the documents are put together in the file representing the supervisee’s and the supervisor’s files with the following components [3], [4]: - the professional supervision contract - the supervisor’s professional presentation letter - the supervision agreement which also includes the declaration on the supervisee’s rights. The client’s file prepared by the supervisee, includes the following documents [4]: - the contract with the client; - the informed consent; - the psychotherapeutic status (for the first psychotherapy session) and the psychotherapeutic statuses (for all psychotherapy sessions); - the relational psychodiagnosis sheet; - the synthetic supervision sheets. The psychotherapeutic status, the relational diagnosis sheet and the synthetic supervision sheets are built and adapted according to the suggestions and observations received from the clinically supervised colleagues during a determined period of time [3], [4]. Each supervisee, at the end of the years of supervision, submits a portfolio with the mentioned documents for each supervised case. Completion, graduation of supervision involves the fulfilment of the requirements formulated by each training institution or association in psychotherapy. 3. DESIGN OF THE SUPERVISION PROCESS Supervision is not a random process, it involves a design of the training activity (with training courses carried out throughout the supervision period) and a design of the individual and group supervision activities. Supervision is from this
