The supervisor’s responsibility refers both to the logic of supervision, the thinking of the supervision activity throughout its entire duration, as well as the design of all the supervision activities. Each therapist builds in time a working style with the client, but the supervisor also has his own supervision style. The logic of supervision and the supervisor’s supervisory style can be found in supervision models. Key words : supervision, logic of supervision, design, models of supervision 1. INTRODUCTION The concept of supervision logic refers to the set of activities and reasonings necessary to achieve a supervision process that brings well-being to the client. The logic of supervision is thus in the supervisor’s responsibility and refers to: a. thinking of the supervision activity throughout its duration; b. the design of supervision activities according to: the supervision framework; selecting proper methods for individual and group supervision, specifying the methods and instruments used in supervision;
